Dear new Sendeltans, how was your first week of campus exploration? This dining guide will unlock the "safety code" behind every meal, ensuring your dining experience at Sendelta is satisfying and worry-free!

As you’re in a key growth stage, nutrition and safety of each meal matter. At Sendelta, dining is more than "filling up": choose between Chinese/Western cuisines, grab snacks from the canteen, and enjoy full-chain food safety protection from source to table. 


Daily updated menus scroll on electronic screens in both restaurants, so you know exactly what’s for meal time.

"Safety Code":4 Layers of Protection


Source Control: Ingredients with "Health ID"


The Chinese Restaurant follows Shenzhen Grade-A canteen standards. All ingredients come from national key agricultural enterprises (delivered daily). 





Every batch of meat, veggies, rice and oil has a "quality report" before entering campus.

Detailed purchase records (product name, quantity, shelf life, supplier info, etc.) are kept for at least 2 years.

Full Transparency: Kitchen Under "Lenses"


Staff wear clean uniforms, hats and masks. Separate sinks for meat/veggies, and cutting boards for raw/cooked food.


Every corner of the kitchen is monitored – the whole process from ingredient handling to dish serving is traceable.

Internal & External Supervision




Internal: Top chefs for taste, dietitians for balanced menus, food safety managers for process supervision. 


Clear zones (processing, serving, cleaning, sample storage)




External: Regular checks by market supervision authorities and random visits by parent representatives.

Meal Sampling: "Insurance" for Every Bite



A special fridge stores meal samples – each dish is sealed, labeled with date/meal time, and kept refrigerated for over 48 hours (≥125g per sample). Samples serve as evidence if needed.

Festival Specials & Customized Tastes

Festivals: Dragon Boat Festival (Zongzi-making activity), Thanksgiving (pumpkin porridge, etc.) to celebrate in campus.

Your Voice: Surveys are sent regularly – your food suggestions may appear in next week’s menu!
